A Happy Balance, previously known as Plumb Lines, is a Nurse owned, Injury Prevention, Functional Movement and Wellness Company that operates off the foundation that age, shape and physical history are not the emphasis but, physical alignment, mobility and a healthy, educated, balanced perspective are.

A Happy Balance is very excited to offer on-demand movement videos for $19.99/month, unlimited access. Our Movement Videos are perfect if you want to understand more about your body, are trying to get back into movement, want to get stronger or stretch. Private Sessions
A private session can be a perfect way to get started because Kathryn can work with your individual needs and customize a program that is appropriate for you. During a private session pilates and therapeutic pilates movements can be used to help your body build strength, alignment and flexibility. In addition to teaching private clients via ZOOM, Kathryn takes private clients, by appointment, at her personal studio in Eastside Costa Mesa. Contact us to learn more!
Group Classes - (In-person and Online)
Kathryn teaches in-person group classes, through the beautiful, City of Newport Beach Oasis Recreational Center.
