Wellness Education

Did you know that pain and immobility are not a given when aging? Tight muscles, long muscles, or connective tissue can reposition parts of your body, causing pain or even a feeling similar to arthritis. Our Wellness Classes are aimed at teaching participants about their whole body and how to get it realigned correctly using proper form. Each lecture covers specific anatomy, stretches, exercises and lots of education to assist in getting more physically aligned, balanced and feeling good.
